Program Mission Since 2022, JP Innovation Project has proudly supported Keystone Science School’s Girls in STEM initiative, a program that fosters confidence, creativity, and career ambition among young women and non-binary youth in traditionally male-dominated STEM fields. This program not only teaches STEM fundamentals but empowers participants to pursue bold questions and tackle challenges head-on, preparing them for future success.

Camp Ta-Kum-Ta
Support for Campers and Programs

📍 Location: South Hero, Vermont

💰 Total Contribution: $4,175

🎯 Focus Area: Camp Programs for Youth with Serious Illness

Program Mission JP Innovation Project partners with Camp Ta-Kum-Ta to help create life-changing experiences for young campers facing serious illness. James himself benefited greatly from Camp Ta-Kum-Ta during his time as a camper there in the early 2000’s. Through annual financial donations, wishlist contributions, and sponsorship support, JP Innovation Project ensures the camp can provide everything from activity supplies to essential items that make each camper feel welcomed and valued. This partnership directly supports Camp Ta-Kum-Ta’s mission to offer a camp experience filled with joy, support, and lifelong memories.

Technology and Innovation Classroom Support

Program Mission The Boys & Girls Club of San Luis is dedicated to providing a safe, educational, and enriching space for youth in the San Luis Valley, with a focus on fostering creativity, skill development, and innovation. Their technology and innovation classroom offers students hands-on experience with music production, coding, and other STEM-related activities, equipping them with the tools and confidence to explore future career paths in these fields.

JP Innovation Project Contributions In 2022 and 2023, JP Innovation Project played an instrumental role in building out the technology clubhouse classroom at the Boys & Girls Club of San Luis. By providing $1,500 in direct donations and additional in-kind contributions, including music equipment and technology supplies, JP Innovation Project helped transform the classroom into an interactive learning space. These resources gave students the tools they needed to explore music production, digital media, and other technology-driven skills, creating an inspiring environment for their creative and technical growth.

Empowering Girls in Coding and STEM

Program Mission Boolean Girl is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring young girls to explore coding, engineering, and STEM fields by providing accessible and engaging educational programs. Through camps, after-school programs, and online classes, Boolean Girl empowers girls and underrepresented youth to develop skills in technology and build confidence in traditionally male-dominated fields.

JP Innovation Project Contributions In 2022 and 2023, JP Innovation Project proudly supported Boolean Girl’s mission to inspire and equip the next generation of female technologists and engineers. A financial donation of $1,500 helped fund essential resources and programs that offered girls hands-on experiences in coding, hardware engineering, and critical STEM fields. JP Innovation Project’s support contributed to accessible education that breaks down gender barriers in tech and STEM industries, aligning closely with our own commitment to fostering innovation in underserved youth communities.
